TICAL 2013La actividad se llevó acabo el 8 y 9 de julio Centro de Convenciones Cartagena de Indias (CCCI), "Julio Cesar Turbay Ayala" en Colombia.

El programa contó con 14 sesiones plenarias, 30 sesiones paralelas, grupos de trabajo y mesas redondas que abordaron temas como Colaboración, Educación, Investigación, Gobernanza e Infraestructura.

En los próximos días estarán disponibles en el sitio web de la Conferencia (Ver: http://tical_2013.redclara.net/es/index.html) las presentaciones y  los videos de las ponencias que fueron parte de TICAL2013.
