TICAL 2013 A atividade foi realizada nos dias 8 e 9 de julho no Centro de Convenções Cartagena das Índias (CCCI), "Julio Cesar Turbay Ayala", na Colômbia.

O programa incluiu 14 sessões plenárias, 30 sessões paralelas, grupos de trabalho e mesas-redondas que abordaram assuntos como Colaboração, Educação, Pesquisa, Governança e Infraestrutura.
