TICAL2015As propostas serão avaliadas pelo Comitê de Programa da Conferência e no dia 18 de maio serão notificados os autores selecionados, que receberão o apoio de RedCLARA para participar do evento.

Durante o período em que a convocatória esteve aberta (entre 19 de novembro de 2014 e 25 de abril de 2015), foi recebido um total de 171 propostas de atores envolvidos na gestão de Tecnologias da Informação e das Comunicações (TIC) das universidades e instituições de pesquisa de países como Argentina, Brasil, Bolívia, Chile, Colômbia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Estados Unidos, Equador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, México, Panamá, Peru, Reino Unido, Uruguai e Venezuela.

Assim como nas edições anteriores, em 2015 RedCLARA arcará com os custos das passagens aéreas dos autores cujos trabalhos sejam selecionados para fazer parte do programa da Conferência. Se o trabalho selecionado tiver mais de um autor, apenas um representante dentre os autores receberá o benefício. São de inteira responsabilidade dos autores cujos trabalhos tenham sido selecionados os gastos com a inscrição para o evento e com a estadia (alimentação, hospedagem e transporte local).
