TICAL 2013In order to promote the participation of national networks and support the attendance of the members of their partner institutions, RedCLARA offered five (5) scholarships to participate in the Third Conference of Information and Communication Technologies Directors from higher education institutions, ICT Management for Research and Collaboration, TICAL2013, that will be held on July 8 and 9 in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia.

The raffle of the 5 scholarships for TICAL2013 was performed using the platform www.random.org through 3 independent raffles that allowed similar opportunities to all national networks that participated.

In the first raffle were entered the 152 registered numbers, in the second the two winning numbers were removed and the draw was made with the remaining 150. In the third draw were removed the other two winning numbers and among the remaining numbers was chosen the last winner.
