The announcement was made during the TICAL2014 Information Day TICAL2014 that involved the participation of 23 videoconference rooms from Argentina , Chile, Colombia, El Salvador, Mexico, Peru and Uruguay, and was followed by the Internet for 34 points.
Those involved in the ICT management in Latin American universities are invited to submit papers to: tical@redclara.net.

For each paper selected to be part of the program of the Conference, RedCLARA will pay the airfare for the transfer of the author (one person) to Cancun, Mexico, venue of the event.
